Policies at Annatomical Art
All services must be paid fully at the time they are completed. There is a three day window after services for unexpected life happenings to the nails such as: chips, breaks, lifting, coming off. In that three day grace period I can fix the nail(s) at no cost. At day 4 there will be a small fee to repair any damaged nails. No refunds are to be given after services are completed. If you do not like your nails, please tell me at time of service. I will not be offended, they are your hands and you have to see them for the two weeks or so that they are done, I want you to be happy with what you have.
If you need to cancel your appointment, I get it. Life happens, and it happens hard. Please give me a heads up as soon as you know so I can work to get the spot filled.
All nail sales are final, meaning there is no return policy as we are providing an item to be worn on the nails, thus exposing them to potential contaminants. That being said, life happens, I am human, and I understand that. Let's be real for a moment, shipping the past few years has been a bit hectic, and things can happen in the post. If something happens to your mail, proof will be required before a shipment can be replaced. If something else occurs, please message me and we can discuss details.
